Pilot verification
DGCA licence category, currency, and drone UIN registration are checked before a pilot can accept a mission.
Evidence-gated completion
Pre-flight checklist, before photo, after photo, and final area covered are all required server-side before a mission can be marked complete.
Data security
OTP-only authentication, short-lived JWTs, TLS in transit, and presigned S3 URLs so file bytes never pass through application servers.
Independent dispute resolution
Only the Admin role can resolve a disputed mission or unfreeze a payout — pilots and customers cannot self-resolve disputes.
